Weekly housekeeping
For your comfort, we provide weekly housekeeping during weekdays (usually Tuesday or Wednesday), so you can enjoy a clean and pleasant apartment throughout your stay.
This weekly service includes cleaning of the apartment, as well as a change of bath towels and bed linen once a week.
If you require additional cleaning, this can be arranged upon request and for an additional fee.
Laundry room
Enjoy a dedicated laundry area equipped with professional machines and ironing facilities (upon request and subject to availability).
Underground parking (paid)
Our establishment has a secure underground car park located just 50 metres away, on level -2, offering a convenient and safe solution for your vehicle. Parking spaces are subject to availability and should be reserved in advance.
Parking rates:
- 3–7 nights: €10 per day
- 8–14 nights: €6.70 per day
- 15 nights or more: €5 per day

You also benefit from access to our meeting room for professional meetings, as well as a shared kitchenette with coffee and tea available throughout the day.
Coworking access is available to both our guests and external visitors.

Early Check-In & late Check-Out (paid)
Our property offers a convenient self check-in and self check-out experience, allowing you to arrive and depart independently. When our team is not present at the reception, we remain available by phone (and email) should you need any assistance during your stay.
For added flexibility, you can add an early check-in from 12:00 PM instead of 3:00 PM, or a late check-out until 12:30 PM instead of 10:30 AM, to your reservation, subject to availability.

A lift serves all floors of the residence, providing easy access to every apartment, even with luggage or during extended stays.
Family friendly
Upon simple request, we can provide a folding baby cot and a high chair to welcome your little ones in the best conditions, subject to availability.
