  • All bookings are made online via our secure platform, MEWS. Simply select your dates, choose the type of accommodation (studio, flat, one bedroom, one bedroom with sofa, or two bedrooms with sofa), and follow the payment steps.

  • Absolutely. You can book for several days, up to 3 months.

  • Absolutely. Simply provide the occupant’s contact details at the time of booking.

  • Yes. Children are welcome, and upon request, a baby cot and high chair can be provided to make your stay easier.

  • The payment timing depends on the rate selected when booking. Please refer to the conditions shown during the reservation process.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). All payments are processed securely via MEWS.

  • Yes. An invoice is sent by email once our team validates your check-out.

  • Everything is digital! A few days before arrival, you'll receive an email with access codes and check-in instructions. On-site, a screen in the entrance hall will guide you through self check-in. The house rules are emailed automatically at check-in.

  • Check-in (digital self-check-in) is available from 3:00 PM. Early check-in is available as a paid option.

  • Check-out must be completed before 10:30 AM. Late check-out is also available as an option.

  • Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is included in all units and shared areas. Each unit also has an RJ45 socket for added convenience.

  • Yes, weekly housekeeping (1×/week) is included, as well as a full cleaning prior to your arrival.

  • Yes, underground parking is available nearby as an optional extra. You can book it directly when reserving your stay.

  • Yes, access to the gym and laundry room is free and included in your stay.

  • No, we do not offer airport shuttle service, but our team can suggest reliable transportation options (taxi, public transit, etc.).

  • No breakfast is served on-site, but a bakery, grocery shop and various cafés and restaurants are just a short walk away.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • Yes, visitors are welcome between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM, as long as the peace and safety of the premises are respected.

  • Yes. Parties, gatherings and noisy behavior are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) must be respected. Violations may result in eviction without refund.

  • Always lock the doors when leaving. Do not leave valuables unattended — management declines all liability in case of theft. In an emergency, dial 112 and notify us at contact@ghaparthotel.com.
